WHAT TYPES OF BRUSHES ARE AVAILABLE?

For optimal dental care we offer soft toothbrushes and recommend to change them every 3 months.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Only Paypal, credit card, and debit card (linked to Paypal). We do not accept cash, mailed cash, bank transfers, etc.

DO YOU ACCEPT ONLY USD?

The default prices of our products are displayed in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MONEY BACK?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us directly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. In that case, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING attaching a photo of the damaged product. We will send you a brand new one, provide a refund, or ship another item from our shop to you (without returning your damaged one)!

CAN I REPLACE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER COLOR?

We do not change products for other colors. All of our products might be returned in case of damaged products

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Products will be shipped from partnered distribution centers worldwide. Please expect your products to be shipped separately when ordering more than one different product as different distribution centers are located worldwide, so this is the fastest way to deliver your products.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months. You can 'CONTACT US' or email contact@bamboo-toothbrushes.com for specific shipping times.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?

While some parcels can arrive early, others may experience shipping delays. If it does not arrive by 2 months upon ordering, we can help reship your order or get a refund!

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from different distribution centers so some items might arrive at different time. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE SPECIFIC DATE?

If you plan to order our products as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend to order atleast 2 months before that occasion to get it on time!
